### What kind of paint do you use in occupied spaces?
Low VOC and zero VOC acrylics for interior occupied work (Sherwin Williams Harmony, Cashmere). Standard exterior acrylics for exterior. We disclose product specs in the proposal.

### Do you handle lift and boom rental?
We coordinate and bill at cost. JLG boom lift rental, scissor lift, scaffold setup all available. Smaller exteriors handled with extension ladders.

### What is your warranty on commercial work?
Every contract spells out a written workmanship warranty before any work starts, so the scope of coverage is clear up front. Manufacturer paint warranties pass through on top.

### Do you accept progress draws and NET 30?
Yes on larger projects. We work out a progress draw schedule against measured, completed work and can do NET 30 on the final invoice. The full payment schedule is spelled out in your contract before work starts.

### Can you color match developer or HOA approved palettes?
Yes. Spectrophotometer color matching on fading or sun bleached paint. Approved palette samples brought to the estimate so you can submit an accurate resampled match to the architectural committee.

### How do you handle complaints from tenants during the project?
Property manager gets a single point of contact (Abraham Aragon). Daily walk and end of day status email. Tenant complaints go through the PM, get logged, and we adjust scope or scheduling as needed.
